SCE Membership URGENT! Please Help

Salam, I need to ask that my profession is not listed in SCE if i take membership do i really need to change profession after 3 months? what will happen if i don't change profession ?

What is your profession?
Nothing will happened as long as your membership is valid.
You can change your profession whenever you want or when the next renewal comes.

I didnt make account on SCE, The online profession list is showing only 136 professions

That list is not complete/exact.
When you make an account, all the professions will show in arabic language.
And i am sure you will find your profession there.
If you have a diploma, call SCE and ask them to be sure.
