Hello Dave, for which purpose? Its only required if youre travelling to Saudi before you get the visa. If youre already here in Khobar/Dammam I dont know for which purpose.. Anyway, if coming from the Philippines, the vaccine is being administered in Bureau of Quarantine

Saudi doesn't require this vaccine unless you are coming from Africa.

All travelers going to Africa require this vaccine.

I don't know where you can get this done in Dammam but I got mine done in Bahrain but you would need residence visa there to get it. Maybe call the major hospitals and ask them?
