Transfer after reaignation

Hello brothers i am so worried plz anybody give me authentic info regarding my problem
I received offer from new company and i accept it after that i resigned from my current iqama expiry after 20 days, i am the employe of saudi binladen group my contract is already finished and i just resigned from my job for taking transfer as also mentioned in my resignation letter, now i start work already with my new company and they are planing to sending me transfer request... My question is what is the next procedure for me i need acceptence of my old company or i can accept the request myself?? Also my company didn't paid last 2 months salary and my agreement already completed,, also my iqama is going to expire after 20 days but still no transfer request by new company,, can i transfer my job even after my iqama expiry or i have to go final exit after iqama expiry??? What will happen i don't know anything plz plz anybody can guid me bcoz i have no time and i am very worried ... I will be thankful

If you came here on Binladen visa then you need their permission.
And case can be filed against them if they don't pay you for 3 months but you have already left.
Once you accept request on qiwa it will forward to your current employer for permission.

Arsal bro i want to ask that what will happen if they don't accept this request... I want to transfer other company also my iqama will be expire on 21 of june plz tell me what can i do in this regard

If they do not accept then the request will be cancelled automatically. You just need the permission from your current employer.
Ask them to accept the request.
