There is no other way around.
You need permission from your current employer.
If you try to bypass him he will put final exit on your visa.

Any idea about notice completion?

Mesbah Karim

You can change the company. Just notify to your current employer, with 1 to 2 months notification, as Saudi Arabia change it sponsorship rules recently from 14th March 2021..

I did. Passed a written letter last 2 mos ago and my contract finished already last thursday. However, after eccepting a new contract to the other company, the qiwa says pending for notice completion which is 90 days. But my iqama will expire even before 90 days will finish. Kindly helo. What to do regarding this

If one came here on company visa then it is totally up to the employer to give transfer or reject.
Do not spread wrong information.
Like this guy, his employer just paid 6 to 10 thousands SAR for his iqama renewal, and he is looking for transfer. So, will his employer bear that loss of 6 to 10 thousand SAR?????
Will he???????
There is only one way to do that, his employer agrees to it, and he gives his employer that 6 to 10 thousand SAR then maybe he can let him go.

Its not the company decision if they will allow me to transfer or not if i dont have contract and iqama already. My problem is the notice period given in qiwa when i already did my part in submitting a written 1 since 2 mos ago.

I don't know about that.
I was talking about the person who put this thread here.
