Assalamu alaikum. I arrived Riyadh on 4 th of february . I have an actual contract for more 21 months. And still didnt get Iqama. Do I need exit permit or no need . And about transfer . How much is it easy .

You can get transfer to another company.
Go to labour office or your embassy and they will provide all the information about the procedure.
As per laws, you are totally eligible for transfer now.
Your employer deny you the permit of residence and that is a misdeed as an employer.
So, now you can go on exit or get a transfer.
It is upto you.
