Offer Letter Process Delayed or Discarded ! Please Advise !

Good Evening everyone...

Could you guys please advise on the below ...

I was interviewed by reputed company of jeddah in Delhi on 30th June 2019 . The Interview gone excellent all the way & selected for seond round which also went good . I was assured by the interviewer i am selected & they will send the offer letter within 15 - 20 days time to consultant , but neither consultant nor me did not recieve any response yet till date . Consultant continuously dropping mails but not getting any respo se back from company .

Could you guys please advise , Is it normal in KSA or oppotunity gone in vain .

This is normal, it may even take up to 6 months.
