Enquiries related to job

Hey all, how are you all doing?? This is nixon from india, mechanical engineer, passed out in 2011 and was working as site engineer for 2 years. Now i am doing masters in engineering(not completed yet)...through the recommendation of my relative working in jubail, saudi i got an offer...its an engineer visa and pay is 4500SAR(4000 basic pay + 500 allowance)...food and accomodation not available from company.....the offered job is based on my b.tech degree, not on masters....the company is related to infrastructure developmnt, mainly pipings...now i would like to know whthr this is a good offer or not...will it be beneficiary if i get the masters degree(for salary increment if i have a masters degree),,,how much will be the living expenses for a bachelor in jubail...is it possible to save frm 4500 aftr food,accmdtn,travel,mobile etc...?? Waiting for the reply...thanks in advance.

You first need to work out how much you will have to pay for food, rent, utilities, transport, medical insurance etc. then you can work out if the offer is good or bad.  Up to you.
