STC and Torrents

Hi Guys. Just want some help. I just switched to STC Internet 4G and the speed is better compared to ZAIN 4G. Now my query is this. Why is it that when I'm downloading torrents, even if my speed is 20mbps, seemed to be very slow (just 20kbps). Is there anything I can do, change the settings perhaps?
