Procedure of Tanazul when company is in Red line ??

Salam dear brothers , please guide me i need your help , i came here in Saudia Arab in Ramadan , i am engineer working here in a company , company did'nt provide me ekama & salary still now i am too worried , i am new here too difficult to survive , even they told me that we will give you only 2000SR salary after three months , kindly guide me how to get tanazul when company is in red , not giving ekama & pay ??

Embassy will not help me i tried to contact but no positive response , can you please guide me any other way to get release from company which is in red line , also not providing ekama & salary from 3 months ? Because without money too much difficult to survive :-(

Yes there is a way. Now expatriates can get transfer anytime they want even there company in red line go to labor ministry and explain to them they will give u paper so u can find a job and transfer but u need a valid Iqama for that...
