NOC and exit visa

Can i go back in Saudi with different employer if I dont have an NOC [no objection certificate] from my previous employer? They only gave me a FINAL EXIT VISA.

yes, you may come back.

i read somewhere from the old threads, that having the final exit is as good as having an NOC. makes sense to me.
