Driving Licence from scratch

Hi

This is a little embarrassing and complicated but here we go. I have a French driving license but it was confiscated by the Northern Irish Police for....a pint of Guinness too many two years ago. I was supposed to get it back last week but the Court sent it back to France without me knowing but they can't remember where! Now I really don't have time to go back to France and do some detective work to get it back just yet.

So. Is it possible for me to take the Saudi licence from scratch - no Guinness this time Im sure ;-)

Yeh it is possible, though it will be a little more tedious task.

Yep- I know lol - how do I go about "soberly" doing this?

Thanks - I already read this thread but in all cases people were exchanging home licences for KSA. This will not be my case :-( - serves me right

Theory Section is Mostly Traffic Signs !! Usually you get a Pamphlet of the traffic sign when you get yourself enrolled for the class.

However Some of them you can find here,
