anyone resolved Saudi Mosadaqa father's-name mismatch issue

I’m a Pakistani engineering graduate. My degree and transcript show my father’s name as “Muhammad Hashim,” while my CNIC and passport show “Mian Muhammad Hashim.” The additional word is an honorific; both names refer to the same person.

My university issued an official DSIF, but Mosadaqa subsequently marked my application “Unauthenticated,” citing non-response to verification requirements. The portal now prevents a fresh application, and my previous support tickets are no longer visible.

Has anyone successfully obtained Mosadaqa authentication or reconsideration after a similar rejection using a DSIF, official university verification letter, affidavit or direct university email confirmation?

I’m particularly interested in first-hand experiences from 2025–2026. Please share the actual process followed and whether verification was ultimately approved. I’m trying to resolve this without altering genuine academic or citizenship records.
