Marry a Saudi man under 30 years old

Hi people,

Please help me. Im a hungarian citizen (23) girl and I want to marry a man from Saudi (27). My tourist e-visa is only 90 days a year and we searching for a solution to stay with him longer in Saudi. We know marriage would be the easiest way. There need to be a solution for marrying him before he turns 30. Is there any way from Saudi Government to get their approval?
