Your EOSB shall be paid equivalent from the LATEST monthly salary (basic+housing+food+transpo):

For the first 5 years - EOSB shall be paid half (50%) of salary per month per year.

After 5 years - EOSB shall be paid full (100%) of salary per month per year.

EOSB = total (n) years – amount cash advance deducted in 6th year

Your company should NOT reset calculation of EOSB.

Tell them to calculate your EOSB for 8 years in service base on LATEST monthly salary, and then deduct only the cash advance drawn in your 6th year.
