Permanent family visa from Absher wrong passport number

Hello.

I issued a permanent family visa from absher but I mistakenly put old passport number of my wife. All the departments in the whole wide Kingdom don't know who can correct it. I contacted tasheer and they say passport number should be updated. But if we see yellow slips from istiqdam, it does not mention passport numbers and only names and relation. Can I get it processed from visa center?? Or if someone can let me know from where and how can I get it changed?
