Family permanent visa

Hi all


i came Saudi on 2012 and the visa was house driver . Later on I changed to computer technician with my diploma. Now I want to apply permanent visa for my wife and kids . If I give my visa copy ( house driver) do they reject?  Because I need to fill visa number in appointment form
