ATM card visa

I am an expat here in Riyadh and I wanted to ask if anyone tried using their Saudi ATM cards in other GCC countries? Especially in Dubai

(to withdraw cash in the local currency and whatnot) Are they usable there?

Yes, Debit Cards will work in other countries unless you have explicitly stopped then from your internet banking
