Hi,

I’ve got a job and my work is processing everything for me. And I don’t think it’s appropriate to ask for someone’s copy of their passport.

What do you mean?
Did the company ask you to give them the copy?
Do you have a visa?
If you are here in KSA, it means they are going to take your transfer and for that, they need your passport snap.
