When to Resign

Today is 9 March 2023, I am on 90 days probation period in my 2nd company.

I have got a better offer from 3rd company and I am in communication with them to send me qiwa request so that i can resign.

They are delaying somehow.

My probation period will expire after 25 days on 5 April 2023.

My question is, when shall I put resignation in my company so that i immediate transfer within my probation period?

My contract is that i can get transfer within 90 days probation period.

Can I resign before qiwa request based on offer letter from them or shall i wait for qiwa request from 3rd comany?
