Appostille service accepted in Saudi Arabia from 7 Dec 2022

Can we submit the Appostillation stamped Engineering certificate (without embassy stamp) to get Engineering visa? Any one please advise.

While Saudi joined the Hague convention, I think it will take time for the processes to change.  You can try and see.

i have also the same question that, instead of saudi embassy and culture stamp, can it be possible to do APPOSTILLE stamp they accept while submitting to SCE?
