Yes you can get final exit IF the bank hasn't filed a case on you.  If they have, forget about it.

@XTang my iqama expired and im paying continously with my monthly due only..and i didn't find any case filed on my absher..im waiting for exit visa..because the new rule after iqama expired we need to stay until 30 days before exit visa issued..they will not catch me on immigration

@Waraynon now from the bank clearence certificate should be submitted when you are going on final exit on immigration otherwise they will hold you

@cyrux what happens after they hold u

Same question. CAN WE GO EXIT with existing loan private financing? NO LATE PAYMENTS. WE WILL CONTINUE TO PAY WHILE IN OUR COUNTRY. I WILL JUST GET NEW VISA FOR NEW EMPLOYER

@bamendozaJr Channel you will get the exit only visa BUT they will surprise you at the immigration counter when you try to leave country from an airport or a border post.  So it's better to clear your things before departing.

@Arei this you manage to exit with existing loan did they stop you in immigration?
