Want to share apartment with European Expat

Hello Expats of Oman,

First of all something about myself:
I'm a 28 year old single male from Holland and my occupation is Architect.

I'm planning to rent an apartment/flat in North Azaiba from the end of February 2009.
There are 3 bedrooms (approx. 20 m2 each), 3 bathrooms (shower and sink), large kitchen and 2 living rooms (1 large open living room for quests and 1 smaller living room approx 25 m2). Space to park car next to the house. House is behind wall with gate, so strictly private.
Since there is more then enough space for me alone,
I want to share this space with a single European expat.
The price will be around the RO 300 a month excluding water and electricity.

Note: All rooms are fully furnished.
