I gather that you are no longer staying in Oman. And you are now seeking assistance to get your son's birth certificate - after just 32-years since he was born ! Really wonder why now, after all these years !?!

Well, if at all, your former employer is the best option for you to turn to for help. Else, if you have some close relatives or friends still living in Muscat they could assist, perhaps.

A lot would have changed in the past 18 years since you have left Oman.

I am afraid no one here would be able to get you what you are seeking as it would require quite an effort to dig into the moth-eaten records - even if at all.

It would be like searching for the proverbial needle in the haystack.
