Traffic camera flash while car stopped on zebra crossing

Hi
i was driving today from MGM towards Gobra while i reached near the traffic signal yellow light started flashing and i applied breaks ,by the time my car stopped i already reached in the middle of the zebra crossing but didnt cross the" zebra crossing" totally and the car was already stopped. at the same time traffic camera flashed one time , during that time i was already in process to reverse my car
kindly share ur experience if someone had experienced the same and should it be considered as "jumping the red light" offense,usually how much time it will take to be updated on the website

Today in Duqm I was driving a car in that time signal was red then my mind just distracts anywhere and I reached above zebra crossing then 2 times flash will come, so please someone suggests me about that traffic violence or fine because this is first time ever happened with me.
