Hi dear all,
I am in Oman due to my bad health i am now cancelling my visa and here i compleated only less than 6 months and my company is ready to give me Noc also but i dont have any idea regarding what is the format of NOC or what all documents include in an NOC.. if any one of have any idea please clarify the same.. THANK YOU.

Hi Kiran v Dhar ,

A No Objection Certificate is just a formal document from an expatriate employee's last employer categorically stating that they do not have any objection to the employee returning to Oman - on any other sponsor / company's visa for employment, or for any other reason.

There is no set format and the supporting documents could be the signing authority's signature verification letter from the Ministry of Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the company's registration documents on whose letterhead the NOC is recorded. This is more to ensure that the letter is indeed genuine.
