i think is better to check with your agent, because for me i recieved in cc but with wrong mail, i am lukky because my agent is in cc, so he informed me.
till now i don't know what's the next, i think as i will be with family they need to apply for my family visa, they informed me to renewal their passports us only less then 6 month for expiration, i recieved new passports i sent them, but no response for confirmation.

for me this visa is not clear but it look 2 years this i can see as in arabic

How is the medical test/examination after arrival. I was told that blood sample is taken again for examination. Anything else? I remember some reference made earlier in this forum about some superficial medical test done at arrival for visa purpose.
Anyone knows what that might include ?

Got my LC and visa during my vacation last week.. took 2 days for them to get the visa though the templated email says 5-10 working days. Plan to fly to Oman first week of July.

Today got mail from PDO telling that I need to provide NOC from previous employer in Oman.
I have NEVER been employed in Oman before; this is very strange!?
Appreciate if anyone can advise in that regard.

I visited Oman only once for Tourist purpose.

I too got the same query last week.. Just clarify to them and provide them with scan copy of passport page which contains exit stamp .. You should be fine ..

you need to tell them that maybe there is other person with same name, they need to check with birth day.
also you can provide them certificate that you work with other company, you need to speak with your agent to speak with pdo about that, they need to look to your CV, otherwise they need to provide in which period, if almost 02 years then you can wait some days or month, but i think is better to speak with your agent, because the police they know only the computer what say.
I hope you will solve this problem soon.

Thanks Rachid fir ur answer, actually I forwrded them today the exit stamp on my passport...I visited Oman last October for tourist and I stayed there less than ine week..PRO from PDO told me that they can convince Oman police with the exit stamp...this is very strange...this kind of mistakes should not happen

Yes Very strange...me too visited Oman last year and stayed about 2 weeks ... Anyway it should not be a problem ..  This at least indicates that our application is in process.. Let's hope to receive this week..

Has anyone received family visas yet?  How long after your visas did the families visa take for approval?

I tried to send my family passports since 4 days, but PDO server cannot accept them due to size, i decrease the size and just now gone.
Please, if any one recieved his visa with the guide, i recieved my visa through my agent with 22 attachment but all is small photos except the visa.
They say in their mail need to read the guide to prepare yourself to travel to oman.
Please anybody recieved this guide ?
i need to know what we will do for our kids education!
if we need to bring with us their school certification certified by oman embassy or what?
also, if we need to contact PDO school to book our kids school or what?
There are so many questions need to ask and get ansewer.

Please, share if you have the guide so i can read it to understand what i need to bring.

Hi man, I thought you got your visa already few days after you got your LC. And why they have asked you for your GAMCA again when you have submitted it? Did it expired? I got my visa already last week 2 days after they give my LC.

Did u hear anything from agent about timeline ?? It says 5-10 days after LC... Not sure howlong it takes in our case ( where Gamca expired).. Pls share if u have any updates
