Marriage in Iraqi Kurdistan - Divorce Judgement

Hello, we are looking to get married in the kurdish part of iraq next year. We are both divorced. Does anyone know other than my final judgement of divorce from the american court here will I need anything else there? How long will the process take?

Hello, You will not need anything else . The process will take 10 - 15 days . After registration, court here will give you a letter for Directorate of Residence ,after getting NOC letter and blood test report from there , you have to go back to court and get your marriage certificate

Thank you for responding Umair - but I will not need my divorce decree from here? I am american citizen and my divorce decree is in English. Will I need it translated to arabic or kurdish?my divorce was finalized 4 years ago. I have a final court judgement from american court
