Hi everyone! I'm a Filipino, writing in behalf of my partner, a Kurdish man. He can't go to Baghdad to get a visa to meet me in any safe country because of danger inflicted by the conflict between US and Iran. Another problem is that he only speaks Kurdish and Arabic.
