Check up was done one month upon arrival and the test shows I have hipatitis b would I be deported immediately

They will advise your sponsor. An offence will come on their CR so it will be in their interest to get you out quickly.

Deos hospital here give out fake results cause am certain I don't have the virus , can I insist they redo the test again in my present .
When doing a confirmatory test deos the hospital take another blood sample for the test

This is the GCC. There is no such thing as fake results here. You cannot insist on anything. And generally they do a confirmatory test.
