Changing family name from Single to Married for my Wife

Hi,

I need some sort of advice or somebody who had experience the same we are facing right now. We just got married last Jan 2019. After we got married my wife change her Passport using my family name. Actually she is working with other company. Now she ask the company to update her CPR details using my Family name. The company told her that she must change her family name and house address same with my house address. Does anybody face the issue? Thanks in advance for your response.

I went to CPR office in Isa Town with the FLat holder/ Tenant and bring with us the Lease agreement. But still they did not accept it. The reception told that we must need to go with Agent when processing this matter. Need badly your legal advice. Thank you

To be linked to you as a wife, the CPR address for both of you MUST be the same.

Lease will not work. You need to take the lease to municipality and get a letter from them. And if you are employees under LMRA, your sponsor needs to update the address in the EMS system and then get chip update done via agent. You can't go do it yourself - you have to have an agent.
