Sending parcel fro UK

Hi All.

Please can you good individuals please assist me.

When I arrive in Bahrain what is the cheapest method of sending individual parcel items to me from the UK?.

It will be just bits and bobs that I will need say a box 50cmx60cmx50cm about 20kg, I have tried to look online but they are mostly air freight.

Can you please give me your experiences and costs, no rush for the items so shipping is an option.

DHL or Aramex are both really good

I use Aramex all the time and they are fast, efficient and 100% reliable

I would NOT recommend the post office

Aramex is good but may be expensive for bigger shipments. I have used www.parcel2go.com for almost the same size and weight shipment. FedEx was the cheapest option and I sent the stuff a couple of days prior to my departure and they arrived a day after I arrived in Bahrain. Was very pleased with the outcome.
