I am 6 month old to Bahrain !! Enjoying the friendly atmospheric

I am Indian, diploma holder in Hair and Skin care worked for top leading 5* hotels and Organisation in India and UAE ! specialized in bridal Make-up, Mehandi Designing (henna) and all kind of hair and beauty treatment including body therapy !!

its too hot !!!! dear here
i suggest short hair cut, cotton rich colthing
when u go out in sun make use of suncream
drink lot of water
eat water base fruits like waler melon and all
try to add low fat yougourt in ur deit this days

keep in mind 3 golden rules of health skin
cleansing tonning and moisturising
follow this in the morning and night

and regarding gingseng oil ! its depend for wt purpose
ur using it ! there are lots of benifits of this
red gingseng herb
korean red gingseng is the best quality!
