are foreign investors welcome in Bahrain?

Hi Julien,

Despite of the unstable political situation in Bahrain, simplified administrative and legal systems and procedures have been put in place for the foreign investors considering Bahrain as a Middle Eastern base for business activity.

Company's registeration requirements could be found on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce for all different kinds of organizations, here is the Link for easy reference.

To my knowledge there is no corporate tax in Bahrain.

Recruitment easiness depends mainly on the type of workforce required for the business activities and whether it can found locally otherwise, foreign workers have to be considered. Many recruitment agencies are available in the region and can be consulted in this respect.

Note: My response is based on some researches in this regard and not on experience. Hope other members can provide more valuable information
