Rent apartment - proker fees

Can anyone tell me what is the usual proker fees for leasing apartment in Bahrain

Is renting usually monthly payment? Or every 6 months?

Do they ask usually for more than one month at the begining, to prepare myself?

This all varies i.e. monthly or quarterly payments. In addition to rent, you will have to give a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent. On rentals, broker commission is paid by the landlord.
