The owner is not ready to give inclusive but only exclusive but we won’t be able to take EWA in our name as it’s owner’s name plus he will not give his cpr copy adress in case we need for the future .If the owner doesn’t give his cpr adress I don’t think I can apply insurance for my medical or apply visit visa for my mom or transfer visa in case we need .could you please give advice are all these possible if the owner refuse to give his cpr address copy . Do we need owner’s CPR copy for all these .Thanks

To my mind, it is advisable to look for another house. Once you sign the contract the owner may be even more uncooperative!

Inclusive or exclusive doesn't matter. If exclusive, you can use the lease agreement and cpr copy of owner to get a municipality letter which will serve your purpose. If he is not giving a cpr copy then better to find another house - don't sign the lease.
