Can a UK Smart TV work without any modifications? 


If not, what modificationsare are needed to get Swedish TV / BBC + any streaming serices?

A UK Smart TV will turn on and work as a basic display and connect to local European broadcast signals (using standard DVB-T2/C/S tuners), but its built-in catch-up apps and UK streaming services will not work outside the UK without changes.


You'll need a VPN for that.
