Finding an English speaking Gestor in Castellon

I noticed that a recommendation had been made for a Gestor in Castellon back in 2016. My daughter needs to sort out her NIE card and we wanted to use a gestor to achieve this?

Most paperwork things are pretty simple but your post is unclear

The NIE alone is an A4 sheet of white paper It never needs renewing. Is is not an ID

An EU Registration cert is a piece of green paper, now the size of a credit card. It never needs renewing. It too is not an ID

A residencia card is issued only to non eu Nationals It is renewable after intitially five years and then every ten years. It bears a photo and a fingerprint and is a legal ID

Thanks for your post.
We understand the NIE form concept - it is more about getting to see the commissioner which we understand may be easier and quicker if we used a gestor? We Just don't know any English speaking Gestors in the area?
