Renting apartment in Tenerife

Hello everyone,

I'm thinking about buying an investment apartment in Tenerife, somewhere near the beach (Costa Adeje, Las Americas, Los Cristianos). Could anyone share their experience with the occupancy rate of an apartment throughout the year? I would have the apartment rented out by an agency. Does anyone have any specific experiences? Thank you.

Hi!

I do have an apartment that I manage on short term rental in Tenerife, I live in Madrid but an agency handles it all, high season is from oct-april, these you can get quite high occupancies (bur more importantly, good revenue). If it is of your interest, I can share the agency I am working with, I am very glad I hired them due to their results!

Cheers!

Patricia

@patricia can you give contact to the agency?

Hi,

in the south of Tenerife (Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Las Américas) occupancy is generally strong due to year-round tourism, but it is still seasonal.

Winter months are usually very busy, while summer can be a bit quieter, depending on the exact location and property quality.

A good agency helps, but location and pricing are still the key factors.

Overall, it’s one of the more stable short-term rental areas in the Canary Islands.
