Looking for savvy advice on a long term rental

Hello! I’m an American communications professional looking for a furnished apartment in Seville from January 8 to March 1, 2027.

I’d love firsthand recommendations for a trustworthy landlord, apartment or rental agency you’ve personally used.

I’m looking for:

• One large bedroom and a comfortable, light-filled living room

• A proper kitchen for daily cooking—with a full oven, stove, fridge/freezer and useful counterspace

• Reliable heating in both the bedroom and living room

• A washing machine and Wi-Fi

• Central Seville or Triana, ideally within 15–20 minutes’ walk of the Cathedral

• Permission for an occasional overnight visitor

My budget is approximately US$2,000 per month, including utilities and fees. Please mention any minimum-stay requirement.
