Massage on the beach

Hi all,
I'm new in Málaga and would like to get some information about how the massage on the beach works? I'm qualified massage therapist and looking for a job, but I have almost none Spanish. I would like to try to offer massage treatments on the beach, so my question would be: can I just go and offer the treatments to the sun bathers, or I need a some special permission?
Will be grateful for any info.
