Business in Spain

Has anyone any knowledge of opening a business in Spain !??! I have two fundamental questions : If the business is a year round one how long am I allowed to stay there considering I am english and we are only allowed 50% time there ?!?!?!  Secondly do I have to employ just Spanish people or can I mix !?!?! Anyone know ??

The Entrepreneur Visa: This visa is designed for non-EU citizens starting an innovative business in Spain that benefits the Spanish economy, such as by creating jobs, introducing new technology, or attracting investment.

You are not required to employ only Spanish people. You can hire a mix of Spanish nationals and foreign workers, but the rules differ depending on the employee's nationality. EU/EEA Nationals: You can hire citizens from the European Union, European Economic Area, or Switzerland without any special work permits. They have the right to work in Spain. Non-EU Nationals: You can hire non-EU workers, but they must have a valid work permit and residence permit before they can legally start working for you.
