Tax help / accountants

Andy01

Hi, I’m British & I’m living now in the Orihuela Costa area. I have some UK income sources, including a property rental in London, I need to declare my revenues to HMRC and start paying Spanish tax. Can anyone recommend anyone to give me help and advice?

As a Spanish tax resident with UK rental income, you must declare your global income to Spain (Modelo 100) and report rental profits to HMRC. While you pay tax on the property in the UK, the UK-Spain Double Taxation Agreement allows you to claim tax paid in the UK as a credit against your Spanish tax liability, preventing double taxation.

You can save yourself money and do it all yourself.
