If you are British, then you need to apply for S1.


British citizens living in or moving to an EU country, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland generally need an S1 form to access state-funded healthcare, funded by the UK. It is primarily for those receiving a UK State Pension, an exportable benefit, or working as a posted/frontier worker.
