Want to do self-employed in Carei

Hi everyone,

Im Vietnamese and Im gonna move to Urziceni, Carei on next year.
In Vietnam, now Im a consultant in a small company, I sell dietary supplements for customers and my life is good, but when I live there I will start at 0, want to do my special foods for earning money like as self-employed on street or rent a small place to do my purpose SO can I do it like as to sell street food/breakfast ? because I and husband dont know any infomation. I created my account here so Im trying to find out these to know, he also does his job as worker and will support me during 1st time to join in new life and we are searching around...

Does anyone know and tell me some things on law or what do you know about ...?

I hope you are doing well and have completed your move.
I plan to follow next year. My wife is Romanian expat and I am US.

Do you speak the language at all or starting from scratch on that as well. Did you use a service to obtain resident visa?
