Wanted to meet and marry my bf Romania

Hi, my name is Jhane im from the Philipines, and i'm interested
going and live in Romania for life, the main purpose is my bf living there
in my country conditions are bad, so we decided to live Romania and marry too,
he want a child and to build a family, we are loving so much but now is the time to meet each other,,
The big problem is ..i want to know a way to get there, i save it some money , but i dont know what type of viza to aply, there is a E-VIZA online application form, but im not sure about the viza,
my real intention is to go country, not to visit or doing tourist things, i want to bee close
to my bf and marry there, but i dont want never come back my country because the flight tickets
are very expensive and we need more money to do the wedding there..
First we decided to making the wedding in the philipiness, but i think would be hard for romanian authorities to
recognize our wedding and register. So where would be fine the make wedding
