No not the country code the phone number   should it be with the zero  as in  00351 0XXXXXXXXXX or   without the zero as in 00351  XXXXXXXXXX ?

Just put what your phone number is in.

That doesn't seem to work so still can't get bank access code text.   

Someone said it's E164 related (no idea what that means), just borrowed someone else's UK phone and 0044 0XXXXXXXXXX doesn't get through but by missing the zero off the number  0044 XXXXXXXXXX   it rings.
