Documents for Student Residency Permit

Hi, im non EU masters student in lisbon. I have an appointment with SEF for Residency Permit and i am not sure about what they want to mean with "Evidence that the applicant has adequate accommodation". Is my rental contract gonna be enough for this or do i need something like Residency Certificate from local office?

You have to provide SEF your legalised signed rental contract which has been uploaded to portaldasfinancas by your landlord. If so, you can check your rental contract here:

Your contract has a ID number. Make a print screen of this webpage too, by selecting your contract in the link above.
