Separated in the process of getting karta bubytu but having a baby !

We have a real complicated situation and we can't find a solution

we wish that somebody can help us

Well im Moroccan married to a polish lady. Been here almost for a year and still in the process of getting my karta pubytu.
Me and my wife are separated and we are discussing a divorce

so it means that im getting deported to my home country cause there is no reason for me to stay cause of the separation but we have a baby he is already one month old but i don't know what to do cause i don't want to leave my baby and even my wife doesn't want me to leave... even if we are bad to each other we still want the best for our baby but we can't find a solution

If anyone have any information about this case please don't hesitate to share information with us cause we dont know what to do
