Waiting Time after decision for Karta Pobytu

Hi,

I applied for Karta Pobytu and below status is showing since more than one month. Anybody can help or experience this situation?

"THE DECISION HAS BEEN ISSUED. EXPECT AN SMS MESSAGE, CHECK YOUR CASE STATUS OR PICK UP REGULAR MAIL CORRESPONDENCE"

Till now I didn't get any sms.
