Hello 👋

I'm a EU citizen and my husband's from Albania (non EU citizen).

We want to move to norway. I would like to know if my husband can get a D number or will he be able to come to Norway after I get the residence permit and start the family reunification process?

So do you mean he can get a d number only if we have a residence permit ?

@christykay20001 if he's not European he needs a visa to stay in Europe and D number is allocated if you have a visa
